Quick win: add an H1 heading at the top of your homepage that says something like "Physiotherapy in Glasgow" or "Book Your Appointment Today." It takes 5 minutes and helps Google understand what you do.
The other issues need more work — mainly getting your site secure and fixing how patients book. Worth a quick call to walk through it properly?
